Phil’s Trailhead - Galveston
Ave becomes Skyliners Drive at the Mt Washington roundabout. Drive out Skyliners road, past Summit High
and Miller Elementary Schools.
Approximately 1mile up Skyliners turn left onto Forest Service Road
4606. Follow FSR 4606 approximately ½ mile. Continue past the upper parking
lot, through the gate to the lower parking lot (gravel pit).
Shevlin
Park
– Newport Ave becomes Shevlin Park Road heading West out of town. Follow the
road approximately one mile out of town to Shevlin Park. Meet in the west
(left) parking lot just after the bridge.
Forest
Service Road 300 – Continue on Skyliners Drive approximately 3
more miles past the turn off to Phil’s Trailhead. Take a left onto Forest
Service Road 300 (this is a dirt road).
Conklin Road/Forest
Service Road 41 – Take Century Drive towards Mt. Bachelor, approximately 1/2mile past the Inn of the 7th Mountain take a left hand turn on the FSR 41, also signed as Conklin Road. There is a small dirt parking lot on left hand side just as you turn off of Century that will be our meeting location.
